Someone just told me recently that JKR has written out the full tales of Beedle, as mentioned in Deathly Hallows. She's only released seven hand-written, hand-illustrated copies. Six have been given out as gifts...and one is being auctioned off for a charity.
...doesn't it make you wish you were independently wealthy and could spend billions of dollars getting your hands on that copy?
*dreams of reading Beedle*
JKR wrote it as her farewell to the Harry Potter universe, though. Scary, huh? That it's not being released.
...some of this info came from Wikipedia, too. though I know it's not always reliable, I'd heard a rumor before.

I am dead, and really do not care to read any more of her work... I think the series ended nicely, and it has a nice bow. It is awesome to wonder about what happened next, or who did what. I do not personally need anyone to spoon feed it to me. My own imagination works wonderfully...
Tonks did not die, she ran away from that hairy bastard and came to live with me... and we are happy together. Every now and then Hermie comes over for a little "get together" and Ron is none the wiser, because he was kinda dumb anyway... so it is all good as far as I am concerned!!
Ah, back to dreamland!

Way to shoot me down, lol. I happen to hate Harry, it's the other characters that have always interested me. And think of the RPs that could come out of those fairy tales, lol. Dreamland, indeed. Hmph. lol (*cough*I think Ron's a bit of an idiot too*cough*) ;D

Well I'm going to buy a typed version of Tales of Beedle the Bard from Waterstones... I had an email from them about it last week
