Dear Jonnie,
I need to talk to you immediately in our special place
Hope to see you soon
Signed
~Aurora~
Aurora read and reread her letter. She purposely didn’t put love at the bottom or Willow like she usually would in a letter to Jonnie. It just showed how angry she was with him, with good reason. She hoped that it didn’t sound too obvious. She didn’t want him to realize that she was onto him until he had no way to avoid her. That’s how angry she was with him. Aurora never really went out of her way to confront someone. With anyone else Aurora would have let this go, but, with everything that Aurora had seen the last few days she couldn’t just stand by anymore.
Aurora had just sat by and watched using the two way mirrors that she transfigured into rings. Ironically it was Jonnies idea to use them to keep an eye on each other. Now, it was going to be his downfall if she had anything to say about it. No one used her the way Jonnie did.
Pacing the wall closest to the window, Aurora pulled her thin black sweater closer to her shoulders. It was freezing out here this late at night. She had chosen this time of night just so she wouldn’t have to deal with other people. They would all be asleep or running around with their semi faithful lovers. Lucky them she thought annoyed. She had thought that she found that in Jonnie, but alas, that was obviously to good to be true.
Aurora didn’t know what she was going to say yet to Jonnie. She hoped that seeing him wouldn’t ruin everything. She knew that one look at him and she could loose all this steam that she managed to work up. That would not work in her favor if she wanted to make a point with him.
Sighing she leaned heavily on the wall that was farthest away from the door waiting for Jonnie to show up.
((OOC- Be happy I think thats probably the most i've ever posted at once. lol and it looks so much bigger on word... ))

Jonnie was somewhat taken aback when the strange owl landed on the window sill he was looking out. He tried to shoe it away, but it persisted. That was when Jonnie saw the note. It was not Bella's owl, so he had no real clue who would send him a note this late at night. He opened the window, letting in a cold draft that chilled him to the bone. Pulling the note off softly, as he watched the owl hop around on the small ledge, leaving little "Y" shaped prints in the fresh snow. When it finally flew away, he closed the window, and glanced down to the little parchment in his hand. He shook his head and opened it. A smile fell unto his lips.
Aurora.
He read the letter, then his smile fell away. He read it twice, and then frowned. Something was wrong, she had not added love at the end, nor did she use her last name, which Jonnie had always used as a pet name for his dear friend. Jonnie blacked out.
A few moments later, Jonnie opened his eyes. He was standing in the Slytherin common room, a strange object in his hands. He looked at it, frowning, feeling dizzy and sick. He blinked when he saw that it was a vase filled with fresh red roses, where he got it from was beyond him. He walked out of the common room, leaving snowy foot prints behind him on the green carpet. He did not notice this, but apparently he had been outdoors recently.
Jonnie made his way to the Tower, the only special place he could think of that she would mean. It was obvious something was wrong, but he could not think of what it could be. His mind raced in different directions. Willow could have decided not to be in his band, or perhaps, she was upset that they had not seen each other in a day or more. He was not sure, and the only way to find out was to find her, and ask. He climbed the stairs two at a time and arrived at the top. With a glance around, he walked out onto the Tower deck, and closed the door behind him.
Turning around, Jonnie saw his love. He smiled warmly, and held out the vase to her. His eyes locked on hers, as he smiled.
"These are for you love," He said softly walking to her. "I came as soon as I got your owl. Are you okay? Something wrong?" His eyes glinted softly in the starlight. It was partially cloudy so it was darker than the night they had spent together, slept together, dreamed together. Jonnie tilted his head, his smile slipping from his face. He could not read her, the guards she placed on herself were back up. He faltered in his step, and came to a stop, looking at her, questioningly.

Aurora was softly hitting the back of her head against the wall when she heard his soft footsteps reaching the stairway up to the tower. She knew it was Jonnie by the way this person moved. With grace and unmistakable confidence. He was a prized for any girl. She didn’t think he knew that before but he obviously did now.
Shakily Aurora took a deep breath as she stood to meet Jonnie. She watched carefully as he walked up, doubling her walls in her mind so he couldn’t break through. She didn’t need him reading her tonight. It would ruin her plans.
She all but died as Jonnie held out red roses. Not the most original flower but a classic. She wondered if he knew that she knew all about his little friends. Probably, she figured that if he felt the need to bring flowers than he must feel guilty about it. As well he should, she thought annoyed with herself for already losing steam. This was going to be harder than she thought.
Fixing on her iciest glare she could muster she didn’t bother to reach for the flowers. “I don’t want your flowers” She said trying not to get lost in his eyes again. She decided to wait and see if he would confess or if she would have to force it out of him.

Jonnie looked at her, the words she said struck him hard, and he paused, looking at the flowers he had no idea he had brought, and then looking back to her. She was obviously mad, he did not need to read her to know this, but why... Jonnie had no clue. He was scared though, for some weird reason he was really frightened. He looked down to the spot they had made love on, and then looked back up to her.
"Willow?" He whispered once again moving forward to her. His voice was soft, and tender, his face a mix of confusion and hurt. "What is it love? Is something wrong?" He sighed, and tilted his head to look down at her.

Aurora glared at Jonnie still refusing to meet his eyes. Did he think that she was blind? Even without the two way mirror rings she still would have caught on to this. Quickly she shook her head. Her hair bouncing a bit with the movement. “Do you think I’m blind?” She asked refusing to listen to what he was saying. She would only get soft o n him and she couldn’t do that to herself.
“Or maybe you just think that I’m stupid” She said more to herself than Jonnie at this point. She was only half aware that he was standing there faking confusion. That’s all it was and she was determined to break the mask he was wearing. “That must be it” She said with a hard edge in her voice.
She glanced back up at Jonnie seeing actual confusion in his dazzling eyes. He couldn’t be confused though. She had caught him and he must have known what he was doing was wrong. There was no way he would be thinking that she would be ok with what he was doing. Who would be ok with that? She thought annoyed with herself for letting his eyes fool her once again.

Jonnie blinked and looked down to the flowers, thinking maybe she did not like roses. Then he heard her mutter under her breath, and titled his head, his eyebrows almost touching as his confusion rose. He could not figure out what she was on about, and his head began to ache worse. He sighed and pushed his hair back out of his eyes and looked at her, moving his head to make eye contact. His voice was as soft as the wind whipping around them, crystal snowflakes dancing on the breeze.
"Wil- Aurora?" He changed to her full name, the one he only used in serious occasions. "What is it, what has happened? Am I blind, what? Did you change your hair?" He did not know what to say, what to ask, what to do, and at this point Jonnie knew a little more than a common tree frog, he was baffled by what she said, and the way she was acting, after the passionate night they had spent together.

“Did I change my hair?” Aurora asked in disbelief. She couldn’t believe him, standing there pretending that he wasn’t probably just with another girl. She wasn’t sure where to go from here. Her anger was building behind her carefully placed walls. She promised herself before coming here and sending the letter that she wouldn’t let him make her lose control. She was going to end up breaking that promise.
Deciding that she didn’t want to hold back any longer was a lot easier than she thought it would be. Aurora had expected it to take a lot more convincing to do what she was about to do. She had loved Jonnie and he had hurt her deeply. She wasn’t about to let him get away unscathed.
Taking a deep breath Aurora walked over to Jonnie. She was careful to hide what she was about to do so he wouldn’t expect it. She could be a vengeful little think if someone hurt her like Jonnie had. Slowly she pulled her arm back. She put all of her force into moving her hand as fast as she could manage towards Jonnies face. Hearing the rather loud collision that left her hand stinging gave her an odd sense of satisfaction.
Aurora took a step back incase Jonnie decided to retaliate to the smack that she had just delivered to the side of his face. She was proud of herself.

Jonnie's hand touched the place where she hit him, his eyes going to hers, his face a mask of confusion. He had no idea why Willow would have done this, a soft simple motion that she had not done in so long. His heart crashed in his chest, making the pain of her little hand connecting with his cheek hurt all that much more. As he pulled his hand away, he stepped back, away from her. He did not want her to think he was going to do something to her, he never had, he never would. But his mind was confused, and he sighed heavily, his dark brown eyes wet with the moisture of tears.
"W-willow?" It was the only thing he could say, his heart in pieces around him, crackling like the snow under his feet. He had no idea why she would slap him, and did not know what to do or say. It was more than obvious something serious was wrong. But for the life of him, Jonnie had no clue.

Aurora glared at Jonnie, her eyes shaped like slits. Why was he playing dumb like this? It wasn’t like him to pretend that he wasn’t doing something wrong if he knew how serious she was right now. Maybe he wasn’t pretending? Quickly she squashed this idea. Of course he knew what he was doing. How could he not remember?
“Why are you playing with me?” Aurora asked Jonnie in a quiet voice, unable to find the energy to shout at him. She was physically and emotionally drained. She had spent the last 16 hours trying to figure out if it was something that she did. Why else would he want to hurt her so much?

Jonnie looked back to her, his eyes sad, his hand still on the warm spot on his cheek. He shook his head and went to the rail of the Astronomy Tower, tugging the sleeve of his cloak down to cover the recently deep lacerations he had given himself when he had bit deep with his own silver bladed dagger. He closed his eyes, hoping Aurora did not see the cuts on his forearm. He sighed, his breath a soft mist of cold as the night had turned to near subzero weather.
Several thoughts raced through his mind, as he tried to figure out what Willow was saying, thinking, doing... he could not come up with one single answer. His head ached, but it was no where near the pain in his chest as his shattered heart burst, splintering his love into a million pieces that he did not know if he could piece back together.
It had only been one week since they shared the night in this very spot, only inches away from where Jonnie was standing. He glanced down to the spot, his eyes slits as he refused to open them all the way. His hand went involuntarily to his hair, as it often did when he was thinking, the sleeve falling down to reveal the five large cuts on his forearm, one still seeping softly, a line of crimson, as a drop of his blood raced down to his elbow, bent at an angel, hand in hair. His eyes dropped onto Willow, and he sighed again. Quickly lowering his arm, he pushed the sleeve down once again.
"Aurora, tell me. What happened? Why...." His voice trailed off, a soft pain in his throat, his heart picking up the beat as his confused eyes fell onto hers. He saw her anger, a bitter rage at an unknown insult that Jonnie had obviously played on her. His mind raced once again, thinking back over the last several days to try to find some clue as to why the woman he loved would hurt him so. It was a blank, and empty canvas as white as the school grounds below him. Pasted white with the fresh blanket of snow, as cold as he was feeling inside. His heart broke again.

Aurora watched as Jonnie walked over to the rail of the tower. Something was very wrong here. She could feel it in her soul. She couldn’t help but think that the night they shared felt so real. If he did manage to fake those feelings, he was probably one of the best actors she had ever met.
She watched him carefully as he started to play with his hair. He did that a lot when he was trying to think. She used to find it amusing to point it out to him. Now really didn’t seem like the time to do that though. Just then, Auroras eyes got drawn to a rather long streak of red running down Jonnies arm. It looked remarkably like blood.
She walked over to Jonnie and stopped right next to him right as he pulled his sleeve down again. “What did you do?” She asked as softly as she could manage in the present time. As angry as she was with him not so long ago, she didn’t want to hurt him, much.

Jonnie slowly pulled his arm away, finally noticing the fresh streak of blood traveling down his arm, to drip into crimson angels in the crisp white snow. He followed one as it splattered down, sending up a small cloud of mist as the warm liquid hit the frozen ice. His eyes gazed at it a moment, then he lifted his head to look at Aurora, his eyes landed on hers, and a tear fell, streaking down his cheek to drip and land close by the blood droplets. He sighed, and leaned back, now not caring if he fell from the tower.
His mind was a wreck of thoughts. A clutter of imagination, and a pain that he had never felt before. His dark eyes were almost vacant as he looked at her, his lips normally full and red were tight and almost white. He started to shake, his body trembling from a cold that was not cold, but a pain and confusion that Jonnie did not know how to deal with. The woman that he loved hit him, and was on the verge of yelling at him, but she would not say why... and this pain cut deeper than any knife Jonnie had used on himself.
"I don't remember, I don't know..." His voice again trailed off as he dropped his gaze to the crimson in the white snow. His own breathing coming in ragged spurts, his ache was dull in his chest as he could no longer feel his own heart beat... his pulse slacked. He knew something was wrong. Not just with Willow, but with him. He had no clue what, and his mind spun in his head, he wobbled, almost tipping over the side of the tower. The rail creaked under his weight as Jonnie lost his balance.
He slipped on the ice as part of the rail gave way, and fell to the icy floor of the tower, his head dangling over the side, his eyes looking down at the ground far below. He clung at the ice to pull himself up, but as his eyes focused on the snow below, he stopped fighting. He did not care, he could not deal with this hurt any longer. Jonnie slowly began to slip over the side.

((Melodramatic much?))
Aurora watched Jonnie. He looked so lost right now. He didn’t even know how he managed to hurt himself so much. This was all just starting to get too much for her. She was emotionally used up now and just didn’t know how much more of this she was going to be able to handle. It was obvious that Jonnie had no clue what was going on. Did Aurora want to acknowledge that Jonnie didn’t remember cheating on her? No, she would much rather to have someone to blame.
“Jonnie!!” Aurora yelled at he started to go over the edge. She couldn’t let him do that. She wasn’t finish and wasn’t going to rest until she got to the bottom of this, which meant that Jonnie had to be alive for her to figure it out. Leaning over the edge Aurora grabbed Jonnies hands in an attempt to pull him over. She knew that she wasn’t strong enough to pull him all the way over. He was going to have to help her. The problem with that was that he seemed to not care anymore.

Jonnie's eyes turned to see Aurora, locking on hers, letting her see the glee in his eyes, a total bliss at the thought of going over the edge of the tower ledge, to plummet down and smash on the ground far below. His heart longed for this, but then his eyes glowed green, a brilliant flash, and Jonnie frowned. He looked at Willow, and then looked down. He struggled, and pulled himself up to the floor of the tower. He looked to her, and then back to the ledge, new confusion on his eyes. He sighed, his breath a frozen mist as he looked back to her, his eyes now the soft chocolate brown as they normally were.
He stood up, dusted himself off, and looked to her, he ran his fingers through his hair, and looked around on the frozen floor of the Astronomy Tower, looking for object no longer there. He backed away from her, his eyes locked on to her, freight in his look, his lips moving and at first no words coming out.
"Willow?" Soft, whisper, scared. "Where are we? Why are we here? Where are our guitars?" He stopped as his back hit the wall of the tower, and he looked back to her, his brown eyes locked on hers again, his lips not moving anymore, but his heart beating fast... a single drop of blood fell from his arm to the floor of snow below him.

((God this is worse than trying to talk to Sirius...))
Aurora almost cried when she looked into Jonnies eyes as she tried to help him up. He looked like he just lost the will to keep going. It didn’t make any sense to her. He should be happy, not trying to fall of the astronomy tower. Aurora looked pleadingly into his eyes hoping that he would come to his senses soon. She wasn’t physically strong enough to pull him all the way up by herself. If he kept this up she was going to have to send for help soon. She looked away trying to see if someone else was nearby. There was an amazing flash of green from Jonnies direction. Aurora looked quickly back to him but everything was normal again.
In fact it was so normal that Jonnie just stood up and pulled himself back into the tower like nothing was wrong. Aurora eyed him carefully. She didn’t know what was going on but she planned to get to the bottom of it. Suddenly Jonnie looked afraid. Like he don’t know what was going on. This was just not a good day for Aurora. First she finds out that the only guy she ever really like cheated on her and tried to play dumb with her after. Now he was acting like he didn’t know what was going on.
“What Is going on Jonnie?” Aurora asked sliding down the wall and sitting down unable to stand anymore. Exhaustion was taking over and she couldn’t deal with this anymore. She looked up at Jonnie raising an eyebrow wondering if this was all an act.
